- The office building project of Weining Road, Dadi Steel Structure, won the Golden Prize of China Steel Structure.
- Two provincial construction methods were obtained, i. e. treatment construction of pressurized composite vacuum preloading soft soil foundation and reinforcement construction of PHC pipe pile core grouting.
- Two national invention patents have been obtained, namely, template steel purlin for special-shaped concrete members, construction technology and steel positioning method for special-shaped concrete arch columns.
- Seven patents of utility models have been obtained for cast-in-situ construction of large steel pipe truss for cover beams.
- The Bus Park Renovation Project of Zhennan Road constructed by the Group Company has won the title of "National Green Construction and Demonstration Project of Green Construction in Construction Industry".
- Four awards of "Magnolia" in Shanghai were awarded for the 20-phase 8 # building of the relocation and resettlement house in Chen Jiazhen, the comprehensive building of Dongtan School (Middle School) affiliated to Shanghai Experimental School, the A building (A1 floor, A2 floor) of the old Siemens China New Town (South Block), and the B building of the old Siemens China New Town (South Block). Among them, the B building of Old Siemens China New Town (South Block) was awarded the "Magnolia" Award for Excellent Visiting Engineering in Shanghai.

- The QC R&D achievement submitted by the QC team of Siemens China New Town (North Block) project, which was constructed by the Group Company, Quality Control of Filled Wall Construction, won the first prize of Excellent QC in Shanghai Construction Project.
- The Chunxiaoyang Shashan School Project, selected by Ningbo Branch, won the first prize of Excellent QC Achievement in Zhejiang Engineering Construction in 2018. The QC Group of this project was named as Excellent Quality Management Group of Zhejiang Engineering Construction in 2018.
- Four PPP projects, such as the EPC+PPP project of Yangde Road Road Construction Project in Xuancheng City, were selected into the fourth batch of demonstration projects of the Ministry of Finance.
- Four PPP projects, such as Jinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center, were supported by the Ministry of Finance with awards instead of subsidies, with a total support fund of 24 million yuan.
- The project of 0314-01 block (A5) of Luodianxi large residential community designed by Shangfang Design Institute won the third prize of Shanghai Excellent Residential District Design.
- The project of self-insulating high-strength assembled block designed by Shangfang Design Institute won the Gold Prize for Excellent Invention.

2017

- Longyuan Group Jiangsu Company's "XDG-2009-21 block development and construction project B-2 group bid section 6 # building" won the "Yangtze Cup" high-quality engineering award in Jiangsu Province.
- The project of Hunan Xiangtan Huarong Shanshuiyuan Phase I, Bid Section I and District I, which was built by the Group Company, was awarded the Hainan Provincial Quality Engineering Award.

2016
- The "Five-star Hotel Project of Gansu Convention and Exhibition Center Building Complex Project" constructed by Dadi Steel Structure won the Luban Award of China Construction Engineering and Zhan Tianyou Award of China Civil Engineering. This is the fifth and second time that Longyuan Group has won the highest prize of China Construction Engineering and the highest prize of China Civil Engineering.
- The third phase of Dahua Qingshuiwan Garden Project, which was built by the Group, won the National Quality Engineering Award.
- BASF R&D Service Platform Integration-R&D Center Phase II, contracted by the Group, won the Magnolia Award of Shanghai Construction Engineering in 2015 (Municipal High Quality Project), the Renovation Project of Bus True South Road Parking lot-Comprehensive Parking Garage, Waigang Peasant Residential Land Replacement Phase I Project in the Eastern District of North Block-28 # Building, won the Shanghai High Quality Project (Knot) Architectural Engineering) Award.

- The steel structure engineering of Shanghai General Golden Bridge Assembly Workshop (General Package) contracted by the Group Company won the 2014 China Gold Prize for Steel Structure (National Quality Engineering).
- Four projects of Changfeng 8 East Block 10 # Building, Shanghai West District Station Traffic Service Building, Songjiang District Longxing Road 18 # Building and Pudong Digital TV Project were awarded the "Magnolia" Cup of Shanghai High Quality Project in 2014.
- Seven projects contracted by the Group Company were awarded the Shanghai High Quality (Structural) Engineering Award.
- Three projects contracted by the Group Company were evaluated as user satisfaction projects in Shanghai.
- Six projects undertaken by the Group Company were rated as civilized construction sites in Shanghai.

- Taixin Jiayuan 9 # Building, Fucheng Building, Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College Teaching Center Building and Shanghai Social Science International Innovation Base Phase II Office Building were awarded the Shanghai Municipal Construction Project "Magnolia" Award (Municipal Quality Project) and Shanghai Customer Satisfaction Project.
- The project of Shanghai Yongda International Building, contracted by the Group Company, was selected as "National Customer Satisfaction Construction Project" by China Quality Association and National User Committee.

- Zhu Ronglei QC Group of Shenyang Dragon's Dream won the first prize of excellent QC achievements in Shanghai construction in 2010 for "Improving winter concrete construction quality"; QC Group of energy-saving tackling key issues of group company "Creating economizing construction site, rainwater recycling and reuse" won the second prize of excellent QC achievements in Shanghai construction in 2010; Yongda QC Small Group A "Quality Control of Stone Ceiling Construction" was awarded the Second Prize of Excellent QC Achievement of Shanghai Construction Project in 2010 (selected by Shanghai Construction Quality Management Association).
- Fucheng Building Stone Project, which was constructed by the Group Company, was awarded the Second China Yangtze River Delta Excellent Stone Construction Project "Golden Stone Comprehensive Award" in 2010; Hesheng East Suburb Villa C-5 Commodity Residence Section A Stone Project, B Stone Project, Zhongkaishan Villa W3, W4, W6, W14, W15 Stone Project, Shanghai Greentown Rose Garden III Phase S01, S02, S03, S04 Stone Engineering won the second "Golden Stone Award" in 2010 for Outside Decoration of Excellent Stone Construction Projects in the Yangtze River Delta.
