Lai Zong, hello! As a listed company, Longyuan Construction is not unfamiliar to all of us. However, we are full of curiosity about the birth of Longyuan Mingzhu. Could you give us a detailed introduction?

龍元集團自Two016年起專門立項，成立研發課題團隊，先后開展了國內外地區裝配式建筑業的實地考察與交流工作，認真學習建筑工業化產品系統、高標準節能房和被動房工程項目實例。隨著目前住宅建筑領域“綠色建筑”、“健康建筑”等理念的深入人心，以“產品化思維”打造一個融合裝配式建筑、綠色建筑、被動房建筑、健康建筑的完整建筑產品、整合資源實現一體化成品交付，引領建筑施工企業轉型升級的想法應運而生。

What does Longyuan Mingzhu S-SYSTEM residential product system mean to the market and Longyuan Group?

First of all, now assembly housing is mainly PC and steel structure, our system is steel structure as the core. Secondly, S-SYSTEM is a system-wide integrated service that can provide technical consultation, orders, design, production, procurement, installation and product delivery. It is a construction product that can be sold directly, and consumers can carry it in. Such a product model is the first in China, leading the new development direction of the domestic housing system, increasing the diversity of the development of the construction market!

As a traditional construction group, how does Longyuan pay attention to the field of steel structure assembly building?

It has been several years since the national assembly industry policy came out. At first, I wanted to carry out this field through the operation of capital. With the National Assembly building industry policy becoming clearer and clearer, Longyuan's horizontal layout in the field of construction is very rich. We already have a large steel structure, Xin'an curtain wall, mechanical and electrical installation and other multi-industry chain companies, and we have four one of structure, facade, decoration and mechanical and electrical installation. Grade I qualifications later considered how to integrate these existing resources into the direction of assembly industry development.

I think the future architecture should be a "product system", which is not a traditional construction enterprise.It is a result of industrial agglomeration that is open to the whole society, cross-border and integrated. Therefore, the group is determined to develop such a product system, by the group to build a platform, integrate the industry and all aspects of society's high-quality resources, to build together.

Behind the birth of Longyuan Mingzhu S-SYSTEM residential product system is the joint crystallization of technical support and joint research and development of many leading enterprises in assembly construction industry, such as Shanghai Academy of Construction Sciences, Tongji University Design Institute, Shanghai Pingzhai Science and Technology, Zhejiang Dadi Steel Structure, Xin'an Curtain Wall and Rhinoceros Point Construction Technology.

What is the process of R&D behind Longyuan Mingzhu S-SYSTEM?

整個研發歷時兩年，我們對體系的研發、產品本身做了大量的投入和優化工作。經過不斷的內部研討、試驗、試用，從1.0升級到Two.0，才有了今天符合政策驅動、滿足市場需求的S-SYSTEM高性能全裝配鋼結構住宅產品系統。現在的體系相對來說，更加穩定、成熟。

In the process of R&D of the whole product system, we pay special attention to the feedback from users of all products, including enterprises and governments. We hope that our products can really help them at the technical and ideological level, and help them change their original profit-making, management, sales and capital return. The cage use plan helps them to improve their competitiveness. At the same time, we have done a lot of research work for C-end customers. And integrate their opinions into the whole system research and development, in order to help our customers do their customer service work well.

Nowadays, people's demand for housing is more and more diversified. "Houses are used for living, not for frying" will mean that long-term rental housing will become more and more popular, and the advantages of S-SYSTEM products of the integrated whole system will gradually be highlighted. S-SYSTEM can customize the interior space according to the needs of the users in different periods of time in order to meet the needs of the Chinese traditional families from two-person world to three-person family to three-generation cohabitation. 中國花在基礎設施建設上每年的花費將近Two0萬億，每年保持10%左右的增長，一大半是房屋類，如果按照國家的相關要求，三五年占到15-Two0%是裝配式建筑，一年的市場量大的驚人。我們想要在這個市場上占有一席之地，就要求我們始終保持自身的先進性，而且是持續的先進性。
